My name is Kura Fire. Okay, that’s not my real name. It is actually a nickname. Because I value my anonymity, it seemed like a good name to use for this site.

Who am I? I am a certified financial planner who is a little tired of the sales tactics and misinformation many of my colleagues and competitors use when meeting with clients. Everything from misleading information to try to close a sale, to scare tactics to pressure someone into buying something they really do not need, to just outright lying to boost sales and commissions.

I wanted to create a place where I could create a resource for people trying to figure out if they have enough life insurance or do they need more, if their health care insurance is sufficient, how to really get out of debt, ways to improve a credit report without falling prey to costly credit repair agencies, how much money do I need in retirement, and other financial questions they may have.
